What to expect on your first visit:

• Nervous System Scans: We will first begin scanning your nervous system with INSiGHT-CLA Scanning Technologies. This is a series of 3 scans, EMG, Thermal and HRV. 
   
• Initial Consultation: Then we will discuss your health history, current health expression and future health goals to gather a comprehensive understanding of your needs.
   
• Physical Examination: We will then conduct a physical examination, which typically includes assessing your posture, range of motion, flexibility, stability, and overall spinal and neurological health.
   
• Diagnostic Tests: In some cases, we may order diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRI scans, or lab work to gain further insight into your condition and rule out any underlying issues or contraindications to treatment.
   
• Chiropractic Adjustment: Chiropractic adjustments focus on the optimization of your Central Nervous System (CNS). We utilize a variety of specific techniques to address subluxations, improve nervous system function, and enhance your body's natural ability to heal. 
   
• Follow-Up Visits: Chiropractic care is not a one-time fix solution; care often involves multiple sessions over a period of time in order to make lasting and effective changes to your nervous system. Follow-up visits allow the chiropractor to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments to the care plan, and provide ongoing care to promote long-term wellness.
   
• Care Plan: Based on our findings from the consultation and examinations, we will develop an individualized care plan tailored to your specific care needs. We will discuss the frequency of visits to be expected for the duration of the Care Plan.
   
• Wellness recommendations: We may provide guidance and suggestions on lifestyle changes, or postural corrections to complement your care plan and enhance your body's optimal function and health expression.
